It has been a while since I last posted, and I can only apologise to my loyal readers. I don't like to disappoint either of them.

Personally, I like this one.
hats off to that guy...anyone that can beat their demons is a winner in my book...Good to see you post again my good man.

But I reckon the anorexia one isn't finished.
It should read,
